Qian W. Chen

Qian Chen is an entrepreneur, investor, and catalyst bridging tech, arts and business. She is the Founder & CEO of Soulful 8, a holding company building TOVA AI and ASIA Members Club: TOVA AI explores how AI can expand social mobility and meaningful human connection; ASIA Members Club is an AI-empowered, Asia-focused membership platform for curated experiences, social discovery, and trusted introductions.

Previously, Qian served as Founding Partner of QICE Capital Partners, a privately held investment firm incubating and backing transformative technology companies. With over 9 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, product design, user growth, fundraising and markets expansion, she has worked across HK, Mainland China, Israel, UK, Scandinavia, and the US.

Qian earned her LL.M degree with a focus on International Finance/Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law/Economics from the China University of Political Science and Law.
